We want you to love your Kacey Musgraves merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and autographed items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
